What is Border Security Expo?
Border Security Expo is the premier event that attracts government officials, border security agents, and local/state law enforcement charged with securing borders and mitigating ever-changing threats. They come together for two critical days of information sharing, idea exchange, networking, and access to cutting-edge solutions and products to help them conduct more efficient and effective security operations.

How much does it cost to attend Border Security Expo?
Full conference, one-day, and expo-only passes are available at government and non-government rates. Please visit the Registration page for more information.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing by April 1, 2023, will be refunded in full. Requests received between April 1-21, 2023 will be refunded minus a $75 administrative fee. After April 21, 2023, there are no refunds and registrants are obligated to pay 100% of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or payment status. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to BSE2023@AnIdealPartner.com.
Are meals included in my conference registration?
Yes, lunch will be offered on Wednesday, May 10 and Thursday, May 11. There will also be cocktails and hors d’oeuvres available during the Happy Hour on Wednesday in the exhibit hall.
I am traveling from outside the United States and need a letter of invitation. How do I get one?
To receive a letter of invitation, please complete the form at the bottom of the International Visitors page. Your request will be reviewed and if accepted, you will receive your letter of invitation via the email address provided.
Can I share my badge with another attendee or exhibitor?
Attendees and exhibitors may NOT exchange, give, trade, or sell their Border Security Expo badge to anyone. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be immediately removed from the convention center and no refund for registration fees paid will be provided.
Are children allowed in the exhibit hall?
No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the exhibit hall.
PLAN AND PREPARE
Do you offer discounted rooms for Border Security Expo participants?
Yes, discounted hotel rooms are available for Border Security Expo attendees and exhibitors. Visit the Hotel & Travel page for more information.
What should I pack for the conference?
Attire for Border Security Expo is business casual. May temperatures in El Paso average 89 degrees for a high and 60 degrees for a low, but the convention center can be chilly. Be sure to pack a jacket or light sweater and comfortable shoes for walking the Exhibit Hall.
Are there networking events I can attend?
Yes, Border Security Expo is proud to partner with the Border Patrol Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides emergency financial assistance to the families of Border Patrol Agents killed in the line of duty. Border Patrol Foundation holds several events during the Expo to help support their mission and spur greater connection among border patrol professionals from across the country. Also, be sure to mark your calendar for the Border Security Expo Happy Hour, taking place Wednesday, May 10, from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall.

How can I reserve a booth?
To reserve a booth, browse the current floor plan to select a space that’s right for your needs and goals. Once you’ve selected a booth, complete the online exhibit space application. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us.
How do I register my booth staff?
To register your booth personnel, exhibitors will need to log in to their Exhibitor Dashboard. From there, click on the Registration tile to register your staff.
