What is Border Security Expo?
Border Security Expo is the largest and longest-standing event of its kind designed specifically for federal, state, and local law enforcement and private industry professionals affiliated with border security. Every year they come together for three critical days of information sharing, idea exchange, networking, and access to cutting-edge solutions and products to help them conduct more efficient and effective security operations.

How much does it cost to attend Border Security Expo?
Full conference and one-day passes are available at government and non-government rates. Please check the registration page for more details.
Are meals included in my conference registration?
Meals are not included, but all attendees have access to coffee breaks and a hospitality suite, as well as the Happy Hour in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, May 21.
I am traveling from outside the United States and need a letter of invitation. How do I get one?
To receive a letter of invitation, please complete the form at the bottom of the International Visitors page. Your request will be reviewed and if accepted, you will receive your letter of invitation via the email address provided.
Can I share my badge with another attendee or exhibitor?
Attendees and exhibitors may NOT exchange, give, trade, or sell their Border Security Expo badge to anyone. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be immediately removed from the convention center and no refund for registration fees paid will be provided.
Are children allowed in the exhibit hall?
No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the exhibit hall.

Do you offer discounted rooms for Border Security Expo participants?

What should I pack for the conference?
Attire for Border Security Expo is business casual. May temperatures in El Paso average 89 degrees for a high and 60 degrees for a low, but the convention center can be chilly. Be sure to pack a jacket or light sweater and comfortable shoes for walking the Exhibit Hall.
Are there networking events I can attend?
Yes, Border Security Expo is proud to partner with the Border Patrol Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides emergency financial assistance to the families of Border Patrol Agents killed in the line of duty. Border Patrol Foundation holds several events during the Expo to help support their mission and spur greater connection among border patrol professionals from across the country. How can I reserve a booth?
To reserve a booth, browse the current floor plan to select a space that’s right for your needs and goals. Once you’ve selected a booth, complete the online exhibit space application. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us.
How do I register my booth staff?
To register booth staff, exhibitors will need to log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard. From there, click on the Registration tile to register your staff.
