What’s Included with Your BSE 2026 Registration
Full Conference registration includes the Monday Networking Reception, Tuesday and Wednesday keynotes, panels, breakouts, exhibit hall, coffee breaks and Tuesday Happy Hour.
One Day registration includes all elements of the full conference package, limited to the day selected during registration.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not plan to attend, please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can adjust our food and beverage guarantees accordingly.
Cancellations received in writing by February 25, 2026 will be refunded in full. Requests received between February 26 – March 23, 2026, will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. After March 23, 2026, there are no refunds and registrants are obligated to pay 100% of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or payment status.

Government rates apply to local, city, state, federal, and international government employees and military personnel. You must show a valid CAC, PIV, Active Duty Military ID or other state/local/international government employee ID when you check in to validate your rate. All others, including government contractors and retired military and retired law enforcement, must register as industry/non-government.

Every person entering the exhibit hall, classroom, and/or a networking event must have an official Border Security Expo 2026

All participants are required to present a valid photo ID before picking up your badge onsite.

No one under the age of 18 will be admitted.

By registering for Border Security Expo, you consent to The Bridge Group's collection and storage of the data on the registration form.

Border Security Expo provides access to the official event mobile application to support networking and meeting scheduling. By joining the mobile app, you acknowledge that your name, title, company/agency, and basic registration details may be visible to other registered attendees within the app for communication before, during, and after the event.

Registration and attendance at or participation in Border Security Expo meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to The Bridge Group's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, or audiotapes of such.

Due to the sensitive nature of products and displays at the show, professional photography and/or video recording of any booth by any attendee/exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed/videotaped and all individuals appearing in the photograph or video.
