Health & Safety
Update as of: March 16, 2022
Risk Level: Low*
Creating a healthy and safe environment for all participants at Border Security Expo is a top priority. We continue to monitor the safety recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the state of Texas, and city of San Antonio and will follow applicable laws.
Currently, the following health and safety measures will be in place during Border Security Expo:
-
Masks are recommended (but not required) to be worn by all participants as designed to fully cover the mouth and nose
-
Proper cleaning protocols, disinfection techniques and work practices are in place by Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center
-
Hand sanitizer stations will be available in public spaces, meeting room corridors, show floor areas, and food and beverage areas
Our hope is that these protocols will maximize the experience and safety of all members of the border security community. Registered participants will be promptly notified of any changes and this page will also be updated without delay.
Show management reserves the right to make changes to show policies and protocols as conditions evolve over the coming weeks.
