Who can attend the Border Security Expo?
The conference and expo is open to local, city, state and federal law enforcement, and those affiliated with border security. For security reasons, a photo identification is required at the registration counter in order to receive your badge.
What does a conference registration include?
Conference registration includes access to the conference sessions, the Exhibit Hall, the Awards Ceremonies, coffee breaks, lunch, and the VIP networking reception.
What does Expo Only registration mean?
Expo Only registration entitles you to visit the Exhibit Hall. Admission to the Expo is FREE to qualified government employees. Non-exhibiting industry personnel may register to receive an Exhibit Hall badge.
Why do I need to show identification before admission to the show?
Due to the nature of the products on display at the expo, Eagle Eye Expositions requires proper ID in order to receive your badge.
Can I bring my spouse with me?
Yes. Spouses can accompany qualified attendees on the Exhibit Hall floor. If they would like to attend the conference sessions, the conference fee will apply.
I need to cancel my registration before the deadline has passed, what do I do?
All cancellations must be received in writing; an email will suffice. Please include the full name and address of the attendee wishing to cancel their registration to Info@BorderSecurityExpo.com. A reply will be sent within two business days confirming that a refund will be issued, less a $50.00 administrative processing fee.
I need to cancel my registration after the deadline has passed, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds after the deadline. However, substitutions within the same organization can be made at any time. If you need to substitute your registration, please email your request to Info@BorderSecurityExpo.com. You will need to provide a new registration form with the new registrant's information, indicating "substitution" at the top of the form.
Can I substitute my registration for someone else?
Absolutely. The new registrant will need to provide a completed registration form and designate at the top of the form the person he/she is replacing.
EXHIBITORS
How many booth personnel are allowed in my booth?
For each 10x10 booth, you may register up to four staff. All personnel must be registered with the exhibiting company.
How many conferences passes do I receive with my booth?
Each exhibiting company (regardless of booth size) receives one complimentary conference pass. Once you have received your Online Exhibitor Management login and password, there will be an area to register your booth personnel and designate which person will be utilizing the complimentary pass. Should you fail to meet the deadline, the Exhibitor Registration Form will be available in order to take care of this.
Are additional conference passes available to exhibitors?
Yes. Additional conference passes can be purchased by exhibitors at a 50% discount to the published rate.
What is included in my booth space?

Other materials and supplies will be made available through our official decorator. You will receive detailed purchasing information and forms in your exhibitor manual, which will be made available online approximately 5 months prior to the show.
How do I order additional supplies for my booth?
You can order carpet, furniture, etc. using the Exhibitor Manual.
I lost my Online Exhibitor Manual password, what do I do?
You must contact John Moriarty in writing via email at: jmoriarty@bordersecurityexpo.com. He will have your password reset by the vendor and it will be resent to you.
When will I receive my exhibitor manual?
Exhibitor manuals will be available approximately 5 months prior to the Expo. Exhibitors contracted after this date will receive their manuals within a week of contracting their space.
