Each exhibitor is entitled to a 75-word company description to appear with their company name and booth location in the Official Show Directory. This information can only be submitted online using the Exhibitor Management Console (EMC). Each exhibitor will receive a link to the EMC page, along with a username and password, via email.
Within the EMC, exhibitors will be able to:
Input their complimentary 75-word company description;
Purchase additional words for their company description;
Purchase the option of adding a company logo to appear next to their directory listing;
Purchase advertising within the Official Show Directory;
Input their booth personnel names and information.
Many of our conference registrants, exhibit visitors, exhibitors, press members and speakers will retain their copy of the Official Show Directory to use as a resource book after the show.

Preferred format is high-resolution pdf. Files must be supplied in the correct size using CMYK color or in BW with fonts embedded and all elements at 300 dpi. Other accepted file formats are 300 dpi tiff or jpeg or eps. Logos must be supplied as 300 dpi tiffs or as Adobe Illustrator vector files with fonts outlined.
